Dance  & Fitness Classes for

Adult Fitness/Dance Classes: 

55+ Fitness: 

Mondays 2-2:45pm

Get moving with a gentle but challenging workout, appropriate for ages 55 and older. Lift weights, get your cardio on, and enjoy some gentle stretches. Led by Mady McArdle, this workout is customizable for everyone. You'll sweat! 

POUND-Rockout Drumming Workout

Mondays 7:00pm

This exhilarating full-body workout combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and  welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities. The perfect way to end the day, because sometimes you just need to hit stuff! 

Heels Dance: 

Thursdays 8:15-9:15pm

Heels is a sassy, sexy, confidence-building high heels class. Learn footwork, body lines, and how to express your inner goddess. Open to all levels of dance experience. Beginners encouraged! Choose to wear heels or not.  This class is 18+ due to mature dance style and music lyrics.


Thursdays 9:00-10:00am

Wake up to great music and fun, repetitive dance moves. Follow along to pop, rock, Latin and worldwide music. Steps are easy to learn, and everyone can participate! Simple modifications are shown when necessary. All fun. Zero judgment. Lots of sweat! 


55+ Yoga:

Wednesdays 1:00-2:00pm

A gentle yoga practice and stretch designed for ages 55 and older. Move through postures with breath. Improve mobility and flexibility. Relax. 

Parent & Tot Yoga:

Wednesdays 3:30-4:30pm

A yoga class designed for parents and tots to come together. Kids learn poses in easy-to-understand language, while parents actually get a yoga practice in. Some moves are independent and some are together. Sign up as a pair. Up to two kids per adult. 

Teen/Youth Yoga (ages 10-17):

Wednesdays 5:00-6:00pm

A yoga class designed for youth and teens. Too old for little kids' yoga, but not quite an adult? This is the class for you. Learn to move your body through yoga postures, incorporate breath, relax, and have fun. 

Gentle Flow Yoga:

Fridays 7:00-8:00pm

gentle yoga flow practice, suitable for beginners to expert yogis. Move through a variety of postures while incorporating breath.

Preschool Dance  -all genres 1: 

Thursdays 2:30-3:15pm 

This class teaches basic dance fundamentals. This class is designed for youngsters who want to learn ballet, jazz, hip hop and basic movement -with a whole lot of FUN! Begin to take dance classes, and have a great time. Ages 3-6 years.

Preschool Dance -all genres 2: 

Fridays 2:30-3:15pm 

This class teaches basic dance fundamentals. This class is designed for youngsters who want to learn ballet, jazz, hip hop and basic movement -with a whole lot of FUN! Begin to take dance classes, and have a great time. Ages 3-6 years.

Kid Fit!:

Mondays 3:30-4:30pm 

Do your kids love watching YouTube challenges and relays? Let them try it for themselves with fun, energetic fitness challenges designed to get them moving. Join Miss Mady for a new game or challenge each week. This class promotes a healthy lifestyle, muscle development and cardio endurance. 



Thursdays 3:30-4:30pm 

We love combo classes because you get to learn more than one genre in one class! This class will split between jazz and tap dance. Both types of shoes are required. Kids will learn fundamentals and choreography in both styles. Ages 6+ 

Urban Dance Mix:

Thurdays 4:45-5:45pm 

This class is for kids 9 and up who want to learn Hip Hop, and music video-style dancing. Miss Leanne will teach a variety of Urban dances including Hip Hop, popping, locking, breaking and more. This is the perfect class for kids who want a bit of an older crowd, and to learn to interpret the music they likely already listen to. Ages 9+. *Wear running shoes or dance runners to class.

Musical Theatre:

Fridays 3:30-4:30pm 

You know your favourite musicals? High School Musical, Annie, Descendants, Grease? Now you can be IN them! This class focuses on show-style choreography and playing a character. Students learn movement to music in character, with ensemble-style combinations. Sing if you want too! *This was one of our most popular classes last year! Ages 6+. 

Jazz Dance Combo:

Fridays 4:45-5:45pm 

This class will combine all kinds of jazz dance -traditional jazz, funk, street jazz and more. For all students who want to learn technique and practice fun combinations. This is a great first dance class if you're not sure what to sign up for. Jazz is high energy and there will be lots of popular songs kids know. Ages 6+. 

What to wear & bring to class? 

Please note: All classes have a maximum capacity due to studio size and health restrictions. Changes will be made according to COVID-19 health laws and can be altered at any time. Classes also require a minimum number of students to run. You'll be notified well in advance if a class won't run, and refunded if this is the case.
